Live Like Andi Event Huge Success!

The 3rd annual ACC fund raising event in honor of Andrea McDonnel, who was a 21 year survivor of ACC and passed away in 2007, was held Saturday May 1st in Novi Michigan near Detroit. This event is hosted by her surviving husband Mike, who gathers family, friends and sponsors to generate funds for both the ACCRF (ACC Research Foundation)  and the ACCOI (ACC Organization International). Over 1000 people were involved in this monumenal event with auctions, races and lots of fun that has become a historical and significant contributor to research. Dan Dube', Nancy Kneer and Tom Curry attended from the ACCOI, and Marnie Kaufman and Kara Gelb from the ACCRF participated as well. We had a total of 7 ACC survivors and a great time of hearing a lot of updates from Marnie on the ACCRF research progress.
